Chair of the Menopause APPG Carolyn Harris, alongside fellow supportive MPs, marked the first session of the Menopause APPG’s Menopause Revolution by showcasing boards emblazoned with the inquiry’s title outside the Houses of Parliament’s Fawcett Statue on 15th July 2021.

APPG Chair Carolyn Harris MP, was elated to see so much interest in the APPG and its inquiry. Speaking about the launch of the inquiry, she said:

“I was delighted to have the opportunity to launch this important inquiry and promote the #MenopauseRevolution with so many great colleagues today. For too long, Menopause has been overlooked in so many policy areas, from the workplace to healthcare. This inquiry, and my Private Members’ Bill on Menopause alongside it, will aim to overhaul this and push for those experiencing Menopause to gain the legislative support they need and deserve”.

“I am also pleased that the campaign has reached the other side of the world in its earliest stages!”
